One of the newest properties in the Ka’anapali area, The Honua Kai Resort & Spa is located on the beautiful North Ka’anapali Beach. Built on 40 acres, there are 700 condos in three buildings. The first building completed was the South building called Hokulani, which was constructed in 2009. The North building Konea and the lobby were developed in 2010, and the third building, Luana Gardens, was completed in 2020. Honua Kai offers studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom condos.
The condos range from 580-2770 square feet in size depending on the floorplan and each have their own private lanai. The resort has multiple pools and jacuzzis to enjoy, including a lazy river style pool. BBQ areas are located across the property for cookouts and a fitness center is onsite. There’s also an Infinity koi pond that’s great for kids and adults alike!
Honua Kai Resort & Spa condos range from $1-5 million in cost and are almost always fee simple. Honua Kai does allow short term rentals and has their own rental management program, however, you could hire another rental management company instead.
