- Pipiwai Trail (Haleakalā National Park): A moderate four-mile round-trip trail leading through a stunning bamboo forest and past the famous Waimoku Falls. This trail provides an excellent lower-body workout and a serene atmosphere.
- Waihee Ridge Trail: A challenging five-mile hike that offers spectacular panoramic views of Maui’s north shore and lush valleys. The steep incline makes it a great cardiovascular workout.
- Twin Falls Trail: A relatively easy, family-friendly hike with multiple waterfall views. This is an excellent option for a light workout combined with refreshing dips in natural pool.
